SOLL: Add option (button) in journaled/archived single account job ticket Document Log item to reopen ticket with 0 copies. SOLL-1: The option is available in Job Ticket Web App only. SOLL-2: Option is dependent on config property "webapp.jobtickets.reopen.enable" = Y | N (default). SOLL-3: The reopened ticket has same ticket number as the original, with a "+" character appended. SOLL-4: Only number of copies can be edited of reopened ticket, other IPP options are read-only. SOLL-5: A print/settle of a reopened ticket is not journaled/archived.
