| Description | IST: At rare moments, for unknown reasons, the CUPS print job status notifier fails to notify status COMPLETED for jobs that are reported COMPLETED by PaperCut. This makes the Job Ticket status COMPLETED, while the CUPS print status remains PENDING or PROCESSING. Since the visibility of Job Ticket buttons depend on CUPS print status, the workflow state is disrupted, i.e. although the job is printed successfully, the ticket can still be canceled, while the only valid option is closing it. SOLL: When CUPS status lags behind, handle PaperCut COMPLETED status as CUPS print job status notification, with current system time as completion time. Note: CUPS status is updated when SavaPage is restarted, since CUPS is queried about the status of all non-completed jobs. | ||||
