| Description | IST: Page Scaling Crop/Expand/Shrink options are ambiguous and do not always work out as expected. SOLL: Confine Page Scaling to None and Fit. (1) When a PPD does *not* have scaling options, SavaPage falls back to the native CUPS 'fit-to-page' option. This CUPS option takes care of client-side scaling to the target media size. When the media size of the printed document does not fit the requested size, the user does *not* have a choice, and the document is always scaled to fit the requested media. (2) When a PPD *does* have scaling options, and when they are PPDE mapped to the IPP 'print-scaling' option with values 'fit' and 'none', a user *can* choose between the two, when the document size does not fit the requested media. | ||||
