| Description | IST: In User Web App a ProxyPrintException error message is displayed when a user prints to the "Automatic" Media Source when the printer has no media size that fits a print-in document size. SOLL: Prompt the user to select a specific media source before printing (with Crop, Expand or Shrink option). | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Using Web Print to acquire the SafePages: (1) Upload an A4 document. (2) Select a printer that has a tray (media-source) containing A4 media, but does NOT have a tray with Letter media. (3) Select the Media Source "Automatic" (which is the default). (4) Upload a document of media size Letter. (5) Print the inbox with opening the printer settings. (6) ProxyPrintException: Print for user "TheUser" on printer "THE-PRINTER" no media-source for media [na_letter_8.5x11in]. | ||||
