Summary | 0000677: Add option to delete expired print-in documents
Description | IST: Print-in jobs stay in the inbox till the user deletes them explicitly, or implicitly by a proxy print scenario. SOLL: Print-in jobs have an expiration time. In a User WebApp session, page thumbnails of print-in jobs nearing expiration are marked with an colored (orange) footer. This will alert the user, so he can do some last minute printing of old jobs. So, as time proceeds in the session, thumbnail pages will "turn orange" before being auto-deleted. The user is notified by pop-up after expired jobs are auto-deleted. User action is required to close the pop-up. This way we are sure the user noticed the delete and his expectation is set right. When a user logs out and logs in again after some time, expired jobs will be auto-deleted to begin with, but the user will NOT be notified of this event. In the Admin WebApp, the expiration timeout can be configured in minutes. In addition, a global option can be set to enforce that all print-in jobs are deleted at User WebApp logout.
